What counts toward volume?
A single trace or a single observation, which is a span, event, or generation. Each one counts once, no matter its size or token count.
Which Basic band am I in?
Basic has two volume bands: up to 250k units a month at €59, up to 750k at €119. Your traffic decides the band, and we tell you which one you land in before you pay anything.
What happens if I exceed my included volume?
We notify you as you approach your cap and help you move to the plan that fits. We never drop your data.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What is the 4-week grounding build?
Paid onboarding on Enterprise: the founder runs your first calibration end to end alongside your team, from error analysis and taxonomy to calibrated judges in production.
